To provide better advising services to these students, we
strongly recommend that applications and all required documentation be submitted at least two to three months before your first semester.
*Although no minimum score is needed for Top 25%, awarding of a scholarship may require scores in addition to class rank and/or grade point average.
It is recommended that students submit exam scores in order to qualify for scholarships that may base
award on class rank and exam scores. No minimum score is required but students must submit scores.
NOTE:
Students completing the Recommended or Distinguished High School Graduation Plan, the Distinguished
Level of Achievement in the state’s Foundation School Program, the International Baccalaureate Diploma or an
equivalent college preparatory curriculum will meet the high school unit requirements unconditionally.
Individual reviews take place for any student who does not meet the stated class rank and SAT/ACT or high school graduation plan to determine if the student is still eligible for admission.

and performing arts spaces) in nearby Midland (with shuttle service there and back).

Acres of white dunes and sand surfing await in Monahans Sandhills State Park.
Take river trips or hike among the cacti in Big Bend National Park.
